Take turns: shoot on the CPU goalie, then keep goal yourself. Most goals after the rounds wins; level after that is sudden death.
It's 3-on-3 with a goalie each. You play the skater with the yellow ring. When your team gets the puck you take over whoever has it.
Controller: skate with the left stick or D-pad. ✕ shoots (tap for a wrist shot, hold to charge a slap shot), □ passes (or switches player without the puck), ○ body-checks (a deke when you have the puck). Start pauses. In menus, move with the D-pad, ✕ picks and ○ goes back. A second controller plays as player 2.
Skate with WASD or the arrow keys (phone: the stick on the left). The ice is slippy: you glide, so turn early!
Shoot: K or Space. Tap for a quick wrist shot, hold to charge a slap shot. Hold up or down while you shoot to pick the far or near post.
Pass: J. Passes go to the team-mate you skate towards. Without the puck, Pass switches player (or calls for the puck).
One-timer: hold Shoot while a pass is coming to you and you'll fire it first time. Goalies hate those!
Check: L or Shift. Bump the puck carrier over (they bounce right back up). With the puck, Check is a deke: a quick dodge sideways.
2 players on one keyboard: player 1 uses WASD + F pass, G shoot, H check. Player 2 uses the arrows + , pass, . shoot, / check (or numpad 123).
Power-ups (when they're on): green speed skates, orange rocket puck, blue big freeze (the other team skates slowly) and pink magnet stick (nobody can steal the puck off you). Score twice in a row and your team is on fire: harder shots until the other team scores.
Skills: the Target Challenge gives you 60 seconds to hit the lit target. Aim left and right with the stick; tap shoot for a low shot, hold it for a high one. Everyone gets the same targets each day. In the Breakaway Challenge you get three misses; the goalie gets sharper with every goal.
Season: play each of the 9 other teams once (2 points for a win, 1 for losing in a shootout). Finish in the top two to play the final.
Shootout: skate in on the goalie and score. When you keep goal, slide with left and right and press any button to dive.
Win matches for coins, then spend them in the Locker room on jerseys, sticks and goal celebrations. Pause with Esc or P.
